Our company
Naic Water Supply Corporation (NAWASCOR) is a private water company which began its operation in 2003 where it constructed, installed, operated, and managed a water supply and distribution system to serve the water requirement in the Municipality of Naic.
It was in August 2017 when MacroAsia Properties Development Corporation acquired 100% of NAWASCOR shares. This paved the way to further improve the services provided to its concessionaire and expanded its service coverage.
In March 2020, NAWASCOR transferred its office to accommodate its growing workforce and increase in concessionaires. It is located along Governor’s Drive, in Barangay Sabang, Naic.
In November 2020, NAWASCOR entered into a joint venture agreement that will provide water in the communities developed by Pro-Friends such as Lancaster New City, Bellefort Estates, Carmona Estates, and other ongoing and future projects.
NAWASCOR will continue to expand further its coverage not just in Naic but also in other areas of Cavite.

Our service
We provide our concessionaires with quality water that is compliant with the parameters of Philippine National Standards for Drinking Water of the Department of Health. NAWASCOR also secures Certificate of Potability from the Local Government of Naic.
